Jamie Morgan Brown is also the author of his 2nd edition, Health and Wellness Amazon #1 best seller, “I Ate My Way Back to Health, So Can You.” Jamie lost his eyesight leaving him blind in 2007 due to a rare brain tumor. The doctors gave him one year to live, while having a speech impediment for his remaining days. In Jamie’s words, “I became so depressed I planned my own funeral. CNN Chief Medical Correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta led the surgery to an astonishing success!

Jamie was invited as a guest to attend a conference in Atlanta at the Dr. Martin Luther King Center. It was there where he met the iconic, Bahamian evangelist and ordained minister Dr. Myles Munroe. Jamie was asked to share his story with Myles. After hearing it, Myles immediately encouraged him to start speaking. “The world needs to hear your message!” he said. “The world needs to hear your message.”  Dr. Munroe invited Jamie to the Bahamas to speak about Health and Mental Wellness. On November 9, 2014, Myles Munroe was killed in a fatal plane crash. This tragedy devastated Jamie, because he was expected to be on that plane. Dr. Myles Munroe wrote the foreword for Jamie’s book.   

As a dedicated humanitarian, Jamie Morgan Brown has traveled extensively throughout Africa, Asia, Brazil, and the US. His ventures into Africa included significant missions focused on saving lives, particularly in Ethiopia and Uganda. During these efforts, he addressed the HIV-Aids epidemic and the critical need for clean water, even presenting before a full assembly at the UN in Ethiopia. Jamie Morgan Brown first served as a member of the humanitarian Well Being Foundation, where he contributed to the construction of a water-well in a Maasai village in Kenya. Following this, due to the dangers of poaching, he was ordered to join a crucial mission dedicated to saving the white rhino.
