About Jamie
EARLY CAREER
Jamie Morgan Brown is a Transformational Speaker/Coach who hails from Jersey City, New Jersey. He’s a International Amazon Best Selling Author and a 2-time International Speech Winner. He is the founder of the Speakers Speak Academy. Mr. Brown is a Certified Health & Wellness Consultant, Voice Over Artist and a Master in the African Brazilian Martial Art, Kapoeira Angola.
After working for over thirty-five years alongside some of the world’s most recognized celebrities, Jamie still felt something was missing. Seeking deeper purpose, he moved to Atlanta, and soon after, faced a life-altering challenge: a rare brain tumor that threatened both his eyesight and his life.
From Fear to Freedom: A Brain Tumor Conqueror’s Path to Healing and Wellness
-
In 2007, Jamie was diagnosed with a rare brain tumor that left him blind and given just one year to live, with the added prediction of a permanent speech impediment. He sank into a deep depression and even planned his own funeral.
-
The fear of the unknown held him captive—until Jamie made a radical choice: to fight. Through the incredible power of nutrition and unwavering faith, he not only reclaimed his health but also regained his eyesight! His journey led him to write the Amazon bestseller, I Ate My Way Back to Health, So Can You.
During a conference at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Center in Atlanta, Jamie met the late Dr. Myles Munroe. After hearing Jamie’s story, Dr. Munroe told him, “The world needs to hear your message.”
He invited Jamie to speak in the Bahamas on health and mental wellness—and even wrote the foreword to Jamie’s book. Tragically, Dr. Munroe died in a plane crash just before the event—a flight Jamie was scheduled to be on. That moment solidified Jamie’s calling: to speak life into others.
-
After deep trials and tribulations, Jamie is on a mission to help individuals break free from fear, reclaim their voice and mindset, and take back control of their health. Driven by the lessons of his victories, the strength born from his healing, and the words of Dr. Myles Munroe, Jamie is commited to build a global movement of resilient voices.
He empowers his clients to reframe adversity into authority, using their stories to transform culture, heal communities, and lead with truth—reminding them that their story matters, their voice heals, and their legacy is just beginning.
WHY I DO WHAT I DO
“My mission isn’t just to teach you to speak effectively or to eat healthily. It’s to awaken the resilient warrior within you. It’s to guide you through the fog of doubt and fear, showing you that your greatest challenges can become your most powerful platforms. It’s about empowering you to find that “treasure within yourself”—the very core of your strength, your unique message, and your capacity for a qualitative, abundant life.
I do what I do because I believe in your comeback story, because I am living proof that transformation is possible, and because I am committed to helping you write your most powerful chapter yet. My passion isn’t just a feeling; it’s a purpose forged in fire, dedicated to ensuring that every individual I encounter understands their own limitless potential to speak their truth and live their fullest life.”
Humanitarian
Mr. Brown is also dedicated to humanitarian causes. He’s traveled to Brazil and Africa, including trips with former US Treasury Secretary Paul O’Neill, Bono, and Chris Tucker.
While in countries like Uganda, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Egypt, he witnessed shocking poverty, devastating health crises, and even slavery.
These experiences profoundly moved Jamie, cementing his belief that humanity must strive for a better world.
Soon after, Jamie joined the Wellbeing Foundation, successfully helping to build a water-well that brought clean water to a Maasai village in Kenya. This act of service deeply transformed both the villagers’ lives and his own heart.
Though a later mission to save the White Rhino in Uganda was halted for security reasons, Jamie continued his dedication, eventually becoming the marketing director for E.A.C.H. (East African Children’s Healthcare) in Sagamaganga village, Tanzania.
