Jamie is a two-time International Toastmasters Speech Winner with decades training leaders in high-pressure communication. For over 30 years, Jamie has worked in the entertainment business with Hollywood's biggest celebrities. After surviving a brain tumor that affected his speech, he developed methods that help leaders maintain authority and clarity under pressure—directly supporting over $4M in capital raises.
Barbara is Founder and CEO of Freeing Returns, with 20+ years in retail technology. She's been on founding teams of two startups that exited near $100M each, built software for 4,000+ stores globally, and held senior roles at The Home Depot, LL Bean, and Pep Boys.
